My ethos on Personal Training is to ensure that every client feels supported, encouraged and motivated to achieve life changing results.
I come from a background of having studied at university for 4 years learning all things fitness & health, and thoroughly believe through my own experimentation and time spent studying, I can help you achieve your goals. I believe in creating a sustainable approach to both exercise and nutrition through building up habits which can be used over not just the next 12 weeks, but the next 12 years of your life.
The world of fitness is currently rife with fad diets that only work for certain people and cookie cutter training programs which don’t take into account how you enjoy exercising. This is the opposite of the ethos I look to create with anyone I work with.
Ensuring I create not only a personalised environment but also making sure I make our training sessions enjoyable and effective is fundamental to my approach.

I Studied Strength and conditioning for 4 years at university working with a range of athletes from beginners through to elite levels. Whilst studying I worked and helped a variety of clients achieve their specific goals in the Dundee area. My personal training regime currently focuses upon keeping a low body fat %, while building lean muscle.
