Equipment and Facilities

Good Health and Fitness is a purpose-built studio designed to give all clients the service they need to achieve their individual results.  Based on two levels, the mezzanine is comprised of an open-plan studio for gym-based boxing, Kettlebells, Group Cycling and Group Personal Training. The 1 to 1 Personal Training Studio is located on the ground floor where clients will also find private consultation rooms, sports therapy room and male and female changing rooms both equipped with showering facilities.

All the equipment is selected for its functionality and versatility thus allowing the trainers to design progressive, periodised programmes. Ranging from TRX suspension training, Power bags, Kettlebells, Power racks and Cable machines, the equipment allows all clients to train efficiently and effectively, preparing them for all of life’s little challenges.
