I have been attending good health and fitness for over a year now and I cannot thank Stephen and his team enough for changing me and my life style. They motivate you to succeed, guide you in the correct and best way to work out, to achieve an end result. Good Health and fitness has a real family atmosphere where everyone makes you welcome from the instructors to the other members, they all take an interest in what you do and what you have achieved. Good Health and Fitness offer classes to suit everyone's needs and no class is made so extreme to make it uncomfortable - no matter what your age you are all looked after individually. The instructors are all very knowledgeable in what they do, are always willing to give you advice and are always willing to adapt an exercise to suit a person’s needs. In the last year they have not just made me a fitter person then I have ever been, but given me the help to change the way I eat, to become more nutritionally aware of what your body needs and to make the most out of healthy foods. Their consultations are meaningful and helpful to achieve that healthier body. I would have no hesitation in recommending Good Health and Fitness to anyone who wants to make themselves look and feel better and to gain more confidence in their selves. Their phrase “You only take home what you put in to the class” is so correct.
